Repairs will be done at the current Flat Rate Pricing. The radio will be repaired and we will
bill you at the appropriate Flat Rate Charge. Please include with radio, the Radio Direct
Group Service Request Form. The units are repaired in the order they are received.

Mobile Flat Rate of $195
Repeater (plus parts) Flat Rate of $225
Any repairs made over Flat Rate call with estimate.
